Latest news from KSP

21st August 2011
Kate Wilkinson (pictured) contacted us through our website after she visited schools in Ukunda, near Mombasa and wanted to help. On August 25th Kate is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and all the money raised will come to the KSP charity. The money raised will fund the build of a kindergarten classroom at Mbuwani Primary near Ukunda. We have builders already starting the build and are up to the roofing stage. Kate's target is £7,000 - if you want to donate or for more info, please visit: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/KateWilkinson2
GOOD LUCK KATE!

The pic shows a before and after shot at the Kombani Secondary School. The top half shows the children sitting on the concrete floor, while the bottom half shows the children sitting behind the 90 desks that KSP have had made by a local carpenter Juma Kadingo. In fact there are still more to be made - another 70! A big thank-you to you all for donating the desks! If you haven't donated one yet, click here. There are more and more schools that need help. Next on the list is Kwale Primary so please keep donating.
